Vexa is a fitness and entertainment tracking platform that allows users to log workouts, track media consumption (TV shows, movies, podcasts, music), participate in challenges, and engage with a social community.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, ratings, notes). By posting content, you grant Vexa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the App. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The App may integrate with third-party services (Strava, Terra, TMDB, Apple Music). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Vexa provides fitness tracking tools for informational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not liable for any injury or health issue resulting from workouts tracked through the App.
8. Intellectual Property
The Vexa name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vexa and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
